Team Lead-Training Design and Delivery
Job Overview
As a Team Lead Training Design and Delivery, you’re the leader, coach, and inspiration for a team of approximately 10 highly skilled technical trainers and instructional designers as they transition from being embedded within various expert and training teams into a strong, cohesive team. Your role is to bring the team together into a high-performing unit with a clear shared purpose, seamless collaboration, and an effective, well-defined way of working. The team is mainly located in Belgium (Wommelgem) with one person in the US (Atlanta).
You are responsible for:
- Developing a high-performing team.
- Managing and coaching your team members.
- Establishing the team’s strategy, planning and prioritization.
- Further developing OMP’s vision & approach for training design, creation and delivery and embedding this across the OMP organization.
- Following up on and reporting out the progress and impact of OMP’s high-impact training programs.
