Cloud System Administrator
Job Overview
As a Cloud System Administrator, you focus on technical installation and support of the OMP supply chain solutions on our OMP Cloud service and customers’ infrastructure. You focus on the technical aspects of the implementation during customer projects.
You will be working in a global environment across the different industries that OMP targets.
You are responsible for:
- Discussing the requirements of the technical installation with customers and your consultant colleagues who are working on the same projects. You follow up and act promptly.
- Configuring and testing the installed software in OMP Cloud based on Microsoft Azure and at the customers’ site.
- Training the customers’ IT staff on the technical aspect of our solutions.
- Writing the technical documentation of the installations.
- Providing input to our development team on the best practices for installation.
- Supporting customers’ IT staff, our consultants, and our Customer Services team on technical aspects other than the implementation.
