Engineer - Dry Utilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Engineer - Dry Utilities to join our innovative team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this pivotal role, you will lead the design and implementation of dry utilities for various projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.

• Spearhead the design and implementation of dry utilities projects, including HV, MV, LV, street lighting, landscape lighting, substation, and pump station design
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for major projects
• Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
• Prepare and review detailed technical specifications, drawings, and documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements
• Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules, optimising utilisation and financial performance
• Prepare reports, calculations, and design documentation using Civil 3D software in a BIM environment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful project outcomes
• Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes to ensure innovative and compliant solutions
