Structural Design Engineer

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Design Engineer to join our expanding multidisciplinary engineering team at Omrania by Egis. The selected candidate will be based at Omrania Amman office, with periodic business visits to our headquarters in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

This role is part of a dynamic, multinational team distributed across Riyadh, Amman, Bangalore, and Cairo. The successful candidate will contribute to high-profile projects across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the wider region, supporting the delivery of complex structural systems with a focus on design excellence, quality, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• The structural design of large-scale and complex building and infrastructure projects from concept to construction stage.
• Prepare, review, and validate structural calculations, design reports, and construction drawings in compliance with international codes and local standards.
• Perform structural analysis and assessments for reinforced concrete and steel structures, ensuring safety, durability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including architecture, MEP, civil, and landscape to deliver integrated design solutions
• Ensure that projects meet required timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
• Prepare and present structural reports, technical proposals, and value-engineering recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
• Stay current with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and changes in local regulations and global design standards.
• Support quality assurance and safety compliance across all project stages.
• Engage in client meetings and contribute to business development efforts as needed.
