Civil Inspector

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Civil Inspector to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As a Civil Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of construction projects by conducting thorough inspections and enforcing compliance with local and international building codes and regulations.

• Perform regular on-site inspections of construction projects to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, and relevant building codes
• Review and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction documents
• Conduct tests on construction materials and methods to verify quality and safety standards
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records of all inspections and findings
• Identify and document any violations or deficiencies in construction work
• Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and project managers to resolve issues and ensure timely project completion
• Stay up-to-date with local and international building codes, regulations, and industry standards
• Utilize inspection equipment and tools to perform accurate assessments
• Participate in pre-construction meetings to discuss project requirements and potential challenges
• Provide guidance and recommendations to improve construction quality and safety
