Associate - Infrastructure

Egis is seeking a skilled and motivated Infrastructure Associate to lead the design and delivery of complex infrastructure projects. This role requires strong technical expertise, project management capabilities, and the ability to oversee multidisciplinary teams in the development of innovative and high-quality designs. The successful candidate will ensure project designs are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the design team in the development of all aspects of infrastructure design services, including roads, wet & dry utilities, and transportation systems.
• Oversee the design process from concept to tender stage, ensuring alignment with technical guidelines and client requirements.
• Collaborate with the Technical Excellence team to ensure adherence to design standards, guidelines, and best practices.
• Create and manage design briefs, project timelines, and resource plans to maintain project schedules.
• Monitor and evaluate design trends and technologies to ensure innovative solutions are incorporated into designs.
• Ensure design projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.
• Develop project design delivery programs and coordinate resources to meet project demands.
• Conduct internal design coordination across multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth interface management.
• Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders, gathering feedback to improve and refine designs.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in technical and quality reviews of projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
• Work closely with a team of engineers and technicians, contributing to a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Support the maintenance of client relationships by addressing queries and providing technical assistance as required.
• Contribute to the strategic planning and development of the Infrastructure division, including identifying new business opportunities and improving technical processes.
• Participate in the team’s Performance and Development Review process, seeking opportunities for professional growth and development.
• Assist in preparing technical proposals, bid submissions, and additional fee proposals to support business growth.
• Support resource planning activities to ensure effective utilization of team members and project resources.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the Infrastructure team, staying abreast of industry trends and advancements.
• Provide regular reports on project status, technical performance, and team development to senior management.
