Job Overview

We are creating a new Head of Digital Marketing & CRM role at the heart of Egis’ global marketing transformation. This is a rare opportunity to build the digital and CRM backbone that enables Egis to scale growth, strengthen client relationships and demonstrate marketing’s commercial impact.

Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Head of Digital Marketing & CRM will define and deliver Egis’ global digital marketing and client engagement strategy - building the platforms, data insights and experiences that strengthen our brand, generate demand and contribute to the business pipeline. This role is critical to moving Egis from activity-based marketing to a measurable, growth-oriented marketing model.

You will lead the evolution of Egis’ digital ecosystem - from website and social media to marketing automation, analytics and CRM - ensuring a seamless, data-driven and commercially effective client journey. Working closely with Business Development, IT and regional marketing teams, you’ll embed a culture of digital excellence, accountability and insight-led decision-making across the organisation.

This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role for someone who wants to build, not just run, a best-in-class digital marketing function, creating the infrastructure, tools and team that will power Egis’ next chapter of brand growth and business performance.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic evolution of Egis’ digital client experience, ensuring our digital presence reflects the innovation and sustainability values at the heart of our brand and drives measurable engagement and influence
  • Define and deliver Egis’ global digital marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with brand, business and campaign priorities to deliver growth and commercial outcomes
  • Lead the ongoing development, performance and optimisation of Egis’ digital platforms, including website, social media, SEO/AEO/SEM, AI and marketing automation tools
  • Lead the global implementation and commercial activation of Microsoft Dynamics Marketing, embedding campaign tracking, lead management, pipeline influence measurement and marketing ROI reporting across the Group
  • Own the definition and reporting of marketing contribution to pipeline, including campaign influence, engagement scoring, lead qualification and event ROI tracking in partnership with Commercial leadership.
  • Champion an insight-led, digital-first approach to campaign delivery and client engagement, working closely with the Head of Brand, Content & Campaigns
  • Partner with IT and regional marketing teams to ensure technology integration, governance, GDPR compliance and data quality across platforms
  • Manage external agencies, martech vendors and internal digital resources, leading the digital marketing team to deliver innovative, high-quality experiences that strengthen Egis’ brand and commercial impact
  • Build internal capability and promote best practice in digital marketing and CRM enablement across global and regional teams
