The company is looking for an energetic Receptionist eager to start their career in the corporate world and join a multinational organisation.
Main responsibilities:
Greet visitors with a positive, helpful attitude and announce their visit to the relevant departments;
Answer and forward incoming telephone calls, respond to inquiries and pass on messages appropriately;
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary;
Manage incoming/outgoing mail and courier services;
Schedule meetings and conference calls;
Assist with a variety of administrative and technical support tasks, including but not limited to, copying, scanning and conference rooms setup;
Provide support with other administrative activities, as assigned by the company management and direct supervisor.
