Role overview

We’re looking for a Business Analyst who will help Eleken bring clarity, structure, and data-driven decision-making across multiple business processes. Your main focus will be building visibility into our sales, outbound, design, and financial workflows, identifying patterns, and providing actionable insights that support growth and operational excellence.

You’ll work closely with C-Level leadership and collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, Design, and Finance teams. This role is perfect for someone who loves digging into data, enjoys solving messy problems, and wants to build analytical processes from the ground up.
