- Facilitate communication on new‑product quality design, corrective actions for critical quality issues, closed‑loop management of consumer complaints, and response to finished‑goods supplier quality incidents. Unify communication output criteria to mitigate information discrepancy and improve overall collaboration efficiency.
- Leverage quality KPI monitoring and issue retrospectives to enable proactive risk early‑warning and pre‑emptive intervention, so as to mitigate quality incidents, consumer complaints and brand reputation damage.
- Lead cross‑functional improvement initiatives for recurrent and systemic quality issues, iterating quality standards and operational procedures on an ongoing basis to deliver sustained and steady improvements in finished‑goods quality.
- Take overall charge of day‑to‑day operations of the finished‑goods quality team, including task assignment, priority alignment, progress oversight and performance management.
