We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our new team in Iraq.

❖ Own the marketing calendar for Iraq—plan, organize, and drive campaigns, events, and activations that grab
attention and deliver impact.
❖ Lead the charge on all campaign rollouts, ensuring every launch is timely, well-coordinated, and tuned into the local
audience.
❖ Dig into data to track campaign performance and ROI—use smart analytics to tweak, improve, and drive even better
results.
❖ Protect and elevate our brand by making sure all marketing efforts stay true to the Dubai HQ’s guidelines while also
resonating with local market needs.
❖ Co-create compelling marketing assets with the Dubai creative team—from eye-catching social posts to brochures
that convert.
❖ Keep the leadership looped in—share regular updates and insights with the Head of Marketing to show what’s
working and what’s next.
❖ Work hand-in-hand with local agencies and production teams to bring campaigns to life, ensuring seamless execution
and strong creative output.
❖ Bring the brand to the streets (and screens) with memorable activations—whether at events, online, or in
unexpected places that get people talking.
❖ Break silos and collaborate across departments—from sales to e-commerce—to ensure every customer touchpoint
feels like one connected experience.
❖ Stay curious and plugged in—track digital trends, watch what competitors are doing, and be the first to spot a new
opportunity.
❖ Be budget-savvy and resourceful, making every dirham count while still pushing for high-impact execution.
❖ Lead local research efforts—work with agencies to dig into customer insights, trends, and feedback that help shape
sharper strategies.
❖ Turn the customer journey into a story worth remembering by using CRM tools to personalize communication and
deepen engagement.
❖ Keep our brand message strong and consistent, whether it’s online, offline, or anywhere in between—be the local
guardian of our image and voice.
Skills required:
❖ Experience in leading and executing marketing campaign and ability to think outside the box
❖ Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, tools (CRM), and techniques.
❖ Very good knowledge of digital marketing platforms, & website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, etc) and
keeps up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
❖ Experience in social media (managing influencers, etc)
❖ Skills in planning events with attention to detail
❖ Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills
❖ Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
❖ Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Experience & Education:
❖ 10 years’ experience in marketing (including social media, digital, etc)
❖ Has previous experience working with international companies or agencies
❖ Communication in English and Arabic is a must
