Requirements

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, market share, and sales of electrical/home appliances
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, offline, retail, and trade channels
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities, trends, and customer behaviors
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
  • Manage advertising agencies, creative partners, and media buying processes
  • Track and analyze performance metrics (ROI, KPIs, conversion rates) and optimize campaigns accordingly
  • Plan and oversee promotional events, product launches, and exhibitions
  • Build strong brand positioning and ensure consistency across all communication channels

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2–3 years in the electrical/home appliances sector
  • Strong background in planning and executing large-scale marketing campaigns
  • Excellent understanding of B2C consumer behavior in electronics and appliances
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
  • Proven leadership and project management skills
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus, if applicable)
