Our client seeks a Marketing Supervisor to own day to day content execution, promotions, quality control, and calendar planning while leading a small creative/ads team and running regular client meetings. The role is hands on, fast paced, and results driven.
Requirements
- Content: Build and oversee monthly/weekly content calendars; brief, review, and publish posts across platforms.
- Promotions/Ads: Plan and launch paid/organic campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google, LinkedIn); optimize budgets and performance.
- Quality Control (QA): Final review of copy, designs, and videos before publishing against brand guidelines and checklists.
- Client Management: Lead weekly/bi-weekly meetings, gather requirements, align on goals, and issue minutes/action plans.
- Team Leadership: Assign tasks and briefs; coach copy/design/social/ads specialists; track daily execution and deadlines.
- Analytics & Reporting: Produce weekly dashboards and monthly reports (Reach, Engagement, CTR, CPL/CPA, ROAS) with recommendations.
- Workflow & Governance: Manage approvals, asset libraries, and scheduled posting via standard tools; ensure policy compliance.
- Budget Stewardship: Monitor ad spend, allocate by channel, and flag variances early.
Qualifications:
- 3β5 years in digital marketing/content 2 years in a supervisory or day-to-day lead role.
- Proven ability to create content calendars and run end-to-end campaigns.
- Practical command of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads/YouTube, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Analytics proficiency: Meta Insights, GA4, UTM basics, and simple performance decks.
- Strong editing eye for copy/design/video (QA focus; not necessarily a designer).
- Languages: Arabic (native/advanced) and English (good) for briefs, emails, and reports.
- Comfortable with Trello/Asana/Notion and scheduling tools (Meta Business).
- Excellent organization, follow-through, and client communication.
