Architect

We are seeking a skilled and creative Architect with strong capabilities in 3D visualization, rendering, and architectural drafting. The ideal candidate must demonstrate proficiency in 3ds Max with Corona or V-Ray, Revit, and the ability to produce accurate and professional working drawings. This role requires creativity, technical precision, strong coordination skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality architectural outputs within deadlines.

Requirements

Design & Visualization

• Develop high-quality 3D designs using 3ds Max with Corona or V-Ray.
• Produce professional and photorealistic renderings for presentations and design proposals.
• Create detailed architectural models to support design studies and client presentations.

Technical Drafting & Documentation

• Prepare architectural models, drawings, and studies using Revit.
• Produce complete and precise Working Drawings including plans, sections, and elevations.
• Continuously update architectural documentation to reflect design revisions and project requirements.

Coordination & Project Support

• Collaborate with the engineering, interior design, and site teams to ensure design alignment with project specifications.
• Support the design development process by proposing creative and functional design solutions.
• Contribute to preparing visual presentations and design packages for management and clients.
• Organize and maintain project files with a clear and professional structure.

Quality Control & Compliance

• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of all architectural outputs.
• Review drawings carefully to avoid design or technical errors prior to submission.
• Meet project deadlines and manage assigned tasks efficiently.

Required Skills

-Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in 3ds Max + Corona or V-Ray.
• Excellent command of Revit.
• Advanced ability to produce professional Working Drawings.
• Strong rendering and compositing skills.
• Good knowledge of additional design tools such as AutoCAD and Photoshop (preferred).
• Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings accurately.
