Job Overview

We are seeking a driven and passionate Sales Executive to join our team, specializing in selling professional services. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth by promoting and delivering our services to local and international clients.

Requirements

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
    • Identify and reach out to potential clients in the target market.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
    • Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations to understand client needs and propose tailored service solutions.

  • Sales Strategy & Execution
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to convert leads into opportunities.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and service offers.

  • Market Research & Development
    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors in the service sector.
    • Gather client feedback and share insights to improve service offerings.
    • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.

  • Reporting & Documentation
    • Maintain accurate sales records and reports in the CRM system.
    • Track sales activities, progress, and forecast future sales.
    • Prepare periodic updates for management on sales performance.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred, but not mandatory if strong sales track record).
  • Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in sales or business development, ideally in service-based industries.
  • Skills & Personality:
    • Strong passion for sales and achieving results.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to understand client needs and deliver value-driven solutions.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
    • Comfortable working independently and within a team.
  • Tech Skills: Familiarity with CRM software, MS Office, and digital communication tools.
