To fuel this growth, we’re looking for a Senior Media Buyer (E-Commerce) to join our performance marketing team.

Role Description

As a Senior Media Buyer, you will be at the core of elmenus’ growth engine. You will own the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention. You’ll combine creativity with data-driven decision-making to scale campaigns effectively while ensuring maximum return on investment.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute paid media strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat Ads to drive orders and customer growth.

• Manage large-scale budgets and optimize spend to achieve performance goals.

• Conduct market and audience research to identify opportunities for growth and engagement.

• Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and retargeting.

• Analyze performance data using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and Excel, and provide actionable insights.

• Collaborate with content, creative, and growth teams to align messaging and creatives with campaign objectives.

• Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovative media buying strategies to the table.
