What you'll do:
- You will act as a strategic partner to team leads, serving as their primary point of contact for all matters related to the employee lifecycle.
- Through the strong relationships you build with your teams, you gain a deep understanding of both people and business needs. You translate this understanding into strategic recommendations and take an active role in shaping P&O initiatives that address these needs on an organizational level.
- You will provide senior-level consultation and coaching to team leads on talent development, engagement, retention, and leadership topics. This includes supporting them in creating meaningful development plans, navigating team dynamics, and managing complex or sensitive situations with confidence.
- You will oversee and continuously enhance our core people development processes, including performance and feedback cycles, development conversations, learning opportunities, and exit interviews, ensuring consistent quality and alignment with company-wide standards.
- You make talent development and retention a central focus of your work, contributing to Emma’s long-term success by fostering strong leadership capabilities and ensuring we maintain a high density of exceptional talent across the organization.
- You will collaborate closely with other P&O sub-teams such as Culture, Learning, and People Operations—both locally and globally—to create a cohesive and positive people experience and to support scalable People & Organization practices across the company.
Who we're looking for:
- You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, psychology, human resource management, pedagogics, social sciences, or a comparable qualification.
- You bring several years of professional experience in HR roles within a global environment and have supported leaders and teams in a fast-paced, international context.
- You know how to conceptualize, implement, and refine people development initiatives and can connect them to broader organizational priorities.
- You enjoy challenging the status quo and are not afraid to speak up; you are eager to review, improve, and further develop existing processes in an environment where change is constant.
- You are experienced in steering projects autonomously and work in an independent, structured, and solution-oriented way.
- You bring strong analytical and strategic skills combined with a high level of engagement, drive, and a hands-on mentality.
- You have excellent communication skills, act proactively, and demonstrate strong intercultural competence.
- You have very good written and spoken English skills and are an excellent team player.
What we offer:
- Pet-friendly office environment.
- Discounts on our products.
- Health insurance, including dental.
- 24 vacation days.
- A multicultural and international work environment.
- Company events that are actually enjoyable and build meaningful connections.
- Ownership, trust, and support from day one to grow your career.
