Responsibilities:
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with client stakeholders through deep understanding of the business domain, processes, and a consultative approach
- Eliciting, analysing, validating, and documenting business, functional, and technical requirements (including also non-functional requirements)
- Preparing, maintaining, and owning functional and technical specifications, ensuring clarity of business rules, system behaviour, integrations, and constraints
- Actively using Jira, Confluence, Miro or similar Tools for requirements management, documentation, collaboration, and visual facilitation
- Creating screen mock-ups, wireframes, UI flows, as well as other relevant visual artifacts to support requirement clarification
- Understanding and documenting service-based architectures, including APIs, services, and data exchange mechanisms between systems
- Working with and documenting structured data formats such as XML and XSD, including validation rules and data contracts
- Demonstrating good understanding of relational databases, entities, relationships, primary/foreign keys, and their impact on business logic and system behaviour
- Translating business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items, while keeping the product backlog accurate and up to date
- Working closely with the engineering team (backend, frontend, QA, architects) and actively guiding the team to ensure shared understanding of requirements and expected outcomes
- Managing project scope and proactively identifying and controlling scope creep,
- Handling Change Requests (CRs), bugs, and enhancements throughout the delivery lifecycle, including analysis, prioritization, estimation support, and stakeholder alignment
- Supporting and performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensuring readiness for release prior to delivery
- Actively participating in negotiations with clients and internal stakeholders regarding scope, priorities, timelines, and trade-offs
