The Commercial Lead, Data & AI is responsible for the GTM strategy, revenue performance and market penetration of Endava’s Data & AI propositions across APAC. Working closely with industry BDMs, Client Partners, and Marketing, the role shapes demand, strengthens solution positioning and drives pipeline acceleration across enterprise accounts.
The role requires strong commercial rigour, narrative building, competitive differentiation, and partner-led growth leadership, ensuring Endava’s Data & AI capabilities are visible and compelling in the market.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute a holistic commercial plan across APAC to promote Endava’s Data & AI propositions.
- Drive consistent pipeline generation across Insurance, Payments, BFSI, Government, and emerging markets.
- Guide account teams on deal strategies, value propositions, pricing frameworks and win themes.
- Support the creation of commercial models for AI/ML engagements, including value-based pricing where appropriate.
- Collaborate with Marketing to activate demand generation across APAC markets.
- Understand, develop and communicate Endava's differentiators in competitive deals.
