Netcracker/OSS Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Netcracker Engineer / Analyst to support the design, configuration, analysis, and optimization of Netcracker-based solutions within a complex telecom environment. This role works closely with business, technical, and delivery teams to ensure reliable, scalable, and high-quality implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and support Netcracker applications (e.g., BSS/OSS modules such as Billing, CRM, Order Management, Inventory, or Mediation).

• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into Netcracker configurations or solution designs.

• Support end-to-end solution lifecycle: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

• Perform data analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for system issues.

• Collaborate with architects, developers, testers, and business stakeholders.

• Create and maintain functional and technical documentation.

• Support system integrations with external platforms using APIs, web services, and messaging frameworks.

• Participate in testing activities (unit, system, UAT support) and defect resolution.

• Ensure solutions align with performance, security, and scalability standards.
