Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) L2

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented SRE L2 to support application development, optimization, and observability initiatives. This role combines support, continuous improvement, and monitoring responsibilities, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Implement improvements required by the business across the ecosystem.
• Perform functional testing of implemented changes.
• Provide regular progress updates on assigned tasks.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, Release Management, and development teams.
• Support deployments and contribute to secure, high-performance, and scalable code.
• Contribute to monitoring, alerting, and observability improvements.

Role Focus Breakdown

• 15% – L2 Support:
  Ticket support and stakeholder communications.
• 35% – Optimization & Troubleshooting:
  System optimization, troubleshooting, and gathering requirements to improve day-to-day operations and application performance.
• 50% – Observability & Monitoring:
  Strong focus on observability, including monitoring, alarms, dashboards, and proactive system health management.
