Talent Acquisition Associate

Assist in job posting creation and distribution; 

Collaborate with TA team to identify and source candidate profiles against a variety of open positions, using social media and other channels; 

Review applications and sourced profiles to share with the TA team. Pre-screen candidates as needed; 

Assist with interview coordination, scheduling, and logistics for the TA process; 

Assist in maintaining the candidate database and updating the ATS; 

Support the TA team with administrative tasks; 

Support the TA team in identifying opportunities for promotion of Endava brand and values to candidate communities; 

Collaborate with TA team members on various recruitment projects, events, and initiatives; 

Adhere to relevant employment laws and compliance requirements.
