We operate across three key segments:
- IPP (Independent Power Producers) – optimization and valorization of renewable and hybrid generation assets.
- C&I (Commercial & Industrial) – supporting clients in their decarbonization journey, through the creation and valorization of flexibility as a new source of efficiency and economic value.
- Islands – supporting microgrids and island networks in their transition to clean and independent energy.
🎯 Your Mission
As Technical Sales – Energy Optimization & Multi-Market Access, you’ll play a key role in expanding our presence in the Italian market and promoting innovative energy solutions for Commercial & Industrial (C&I) clients.
Your main responsibilities will include:
🔍 Identify and develop new business opportunities within the C&I segment.
💼 Promote and sell advisory services, energy management systems (EMS/PMS), and flexibility solutions.
🤝 Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial customers, from Energy/Facility Managers to CFOs and General Managers.
📊 Analyze client sites to identify new sources of flexibility and optimize energy performance.
💬 Prepare and deliver proposals, conduct technical and commercial negotiations, and close contracts.
🚀 Collaborate closely with internal Energy Managers, Operations, and Product teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
🎯 Contribute to sales targets and portfolio growth while positioning Energy Pool as a trusted energy optimization partner.
