The role?
A new role has arisen for a Mechanic to join our Cranes & Lifting Workshop based at our base in Tananger, Rogaland. This is a permanent role and will report to the Operations Manager.
Duties and responsibilities will include;
- Responsible for Inspection, service, repair and test of all equipment brought into the workshops hydraulic, pneumatic or mechanical, dependant on equipment allocation and experience
- Responsible for ensuring workshop area is kept clean & tidy and all company equipment is kept in good order
- Responsible for acting in a safe and professional manner at all times in the workshop or onsite
- Responsible for ensuring project requirements are met within time allocated or raising with Supervisor if there is an issue with this
You are?
To be successful for this role you will hold a relevant trade certificate for example as an industrial mechanic, agricultural mechanic, automotive mechanic etc.
You will hold a minimum of 2 years experience working with mechanical equipment and ideally worked within a team in a workshop environment.
You will have a positive attitude towards safety and have experience working to deadlines.
