We are looking for an exceptional contractor to join our team as Contractor, Business Development Manager. 

The Business Development Manager Contractor plays a pivotal role in driving growth and shaping strategic opportunities for Hotwire. You’ll be at the forefront of identifying new business prospects, building relationships, and creating scalable processes that fuel pipeline development. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves connecting dots between client needs and innovative solutions.

As part of our team, you will:

  • Stay ahead of market and industry trends, bringing fresh insights to inform business development strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and account teams, to craft compelling narratives that resonate with prospects.
  • Lead outreach initiatives, develop creative engagement strategies, and drive measurable conversions by leveraging proven tactics and optimizing for high success rates.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor internally and externally, ensuring alignment between client objectives and Hotwire’s offerings.

Deliverables

  • Deliverables = meetings with our target account lists
  • Demos of Spark/GEO consultancy with interested brands (made up of TAL + others that have been vetted)

Responsibilities:

  • Drive business development strategy for multiple accounts through market analysis, prospecting, and relationship-building.
  • Add value through knowledge of B2B tech sectors, strategic insight, and ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with prospects.
  • Take a leading role in new business activities, including proposal development and pitch strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to divide responsibilities for outreach and troubleshoot challenges.
  • Be accountable for generating pipeline results, meeting deadlines, and building strong relationships with decision-makers across industries.
  • Manage time effectively across multiple campaigns and priorities, maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
  • Work fluidly with diverse personalities and workstyles to foster collaboration and deliver exceptional client outcomes.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for clients and Hotwire, consistently providing proactive and strategic guidance to meet growth objectives.
  • Participate in business development roundtables, networking events, and industry meetups to strengthen relationships and uncover opportunities.
