We’re looking for a proactive B2B Tech PR Senior Account Manager with 4-6 years of professional experience, ideally gained in an agency environment and with a focus on technology clients.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of client programmes and lead account teams to ensure the smooth implementation of impactful PR and communications strategies across your portfolio.
Reporting into an Associate Director or Director, you’ll act as both a trusted advisor to your clients and the day-to-day lead on your accounts. You won’t just oversee delivery – you’ll actively drive strategic thinking and senior counsel around:
- Emerging trends worth investigating
- The right audiences to target
- The most relevant channels to amplify key messages
- The smartest ways to build and nurture relationships with media and stakeholders
Your established and actively maintained network of journalists and media contacts in the B2B tech space, combined with a good understanding of the technology landscape and media dynamics, will be one of your most valuable assets in this role.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Coordinating account teams and driving activity planning across your portfolio
- Managing and developing strong client relationships
- Contributing to and shaping tactical PR and integrated communications strategies
- Overseeing content creation (writing, localisation, proofreading, distribution)
- Driving media and/or influencer relations, including proactive journalist engagement
- Supporting event strategy and execution
- Monitoring media coverage and industry trends, translating insights into action
- Contributing to budget planning and KPI setting, while ensuring performance tracking
- Supporting new business efforts and pitches
