Delivering the Hotwire vision and growth (what you will do to help us achieve our strategy)
- Develop a solid understanding of your clients' industries and business objectives and begin to think proactively and strategically about how to move accounts forward
- Build familiarity with the products and services available within the Hotwire business, spotting opportunities to bring new ideas to clients that support their goals
- Show commercial awareness and a growing interest in understanding how client accounts are managed and grown
- Contribute to new business opportunities and agency initiatives, building your profile and areas of expertise within the business
- Stay curious - ask good questions, seek to understand client challenges, and develop trusted relationships over time
Deliver the best (internal and external) client experiences
- Look after a portfolio of around 4-6 clients; contributing to budget management and timelines under the guidance of senior team members
- Work alongside a team of executives to execute client and campaign activity with enthusiasm and attention to detail, with regular senior oversight and support
- Take a results-focused approach to your work, ensuring deliverables are met consistently and to a high standard
- Build and maintain media and influencer relationships, with support from senior colleagues, and look for opportunities to leverage these for client benefit
- Contribute to integrated campaigns spanning media relations, social media, events and owned content

- Task manage junior team members on accounts within the B2B Tech team; inspiring and driving them to reach their full potential
- Be the right hand person to your Account Director or Senior Account Director
