Job Overview

We want you to be part of the Enpal Salesforce team. You will be exposed to all levels of Salesforce work in a developing and highly functional team (Administrators, Product Managers, Developers, QA, DevOps) with lots of opportunities to add and receive knowledge.

The position the team would like to fill is one of a Salesforce Support Administrator with at least a disposition to support. We are currently streamlining and automating support, but as a rapidly growing company we still need to expand our team to tackle the job. You will not only be responsible for support though and with a complex Org in front of you there is a steep learning curve ahead.

Salesforce administration and platform tasks include:

  • Streamline support process and educate Enpal Users and enable Super Users.
  • Manage instance for data integrity, security, and basic audits.
  • Conduct training of Business Owners for new features and assist with roll-out.
  • Develop best practices for reporting, access models, GDPR, MFA/SSO strategies, and audit controls.
  • Customize Salesforce fields, layouts, record types, searching, list views, queues, reports, and dashboards.
  • Maintain security including user accounts, sharing rules, user roles, field level security, etc.
  • Manage system configuration, change control, and enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation on processes, policies, and application configuration.
  • Handle operational requests, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with diverse user groups and business leaders.
