Quality Analyst (Back Office) – Heat Pump | Entry-Level

💼 Your Role

As a Quality Analyst (Back Office), you will work from the office (PC-based role) to monitor and ensure the quality of heat pump installations.

You’ll support field teams by checking their work remotely and helping improve processes.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

✔️ Check installation quality remotely using internal systems
✔️ Ensure compliance with safety and technical standards
✔️ Review photos, data, and reports from field technicians
✔️ Provide feedback and suggest improvements
✔️ Work with teams (design, installation, maintenance)
✔️ Keep records of quality checks and results
