Job Overview
- Act as the MD's partner and operational backbone: track all key initiatives across department heads, funnel information, prepare decisions, and ensure accountability to the business plan
- Own the internal cadence — run weekly check-ins with department leads, track KPIs, flag deviations, and drive cross-functional alignment across the ~65 FTE unit
- Represent Enpal C&I externally — drive partnerships, manage key client relationships, and own marketing & communications for the business unit
- Lead contract reviews and commercial negotiations alongside the Director of Sales
- Support fundraising efforts and investor communications together with the MD
