UK Live Casino Manager

The UK&I Live Casino Manager will be responsible for the UK&I Live Casino performance & plan delivery; the ‘Live Casino Expert’ & customer experience obsessed, working to develop and implement the UK&I Live Casino strategy, aligning with the overall UK&I Gaming strategy and brand specific strategies, driving growth & value by being ‘best in class’, differentiated to competitors, commercially leading the market and is as profitable as possible.

You will be responsible for the Live Casino Operations, Lobby Management, Studio Management, Product & Games Roadmap along with driving ‘Go-To-Market’ plans for all UK brands under the UK Entain structure.

This role is responsible for the selection, monitoring and delivery of Live Casino games that will form the roadmaps of the Gaming or Sportsbook brands. Not only will this role deliver the games but will also be responsible for managing the lobby and any site optimizations.

The role is responsible for leading the planning and activity for UK Live Casino as well as all day-to-day operations, working with the Promotions & Proposition Team, Product teams, Third Party Suppliers, Gaming operations & the wider Entain group to optimise the Live Casino proposition to achieve commercial targets.

• In this role, you’ll work closely with the Head of UK Live Casino to implement and deliver the UK&I Gaming & Live Casino strategy. The focus is on differentiating our brands and maximizing wallet share and growth within the UK&I Live Casino market.
• You’ll collaborate with various teams across Entain to execute tactics aligned with this strategy. This includes planning and delivering the Live Casino games roadmap, developing tactics based on commercial, behavioural, and customer insights, and building comprehensive go-to-market plans for product releases.
• As the P&L owner of the UK&I Live Casino Studios, you'll oversee day-to-day operations and marketing activities, ensuring alignment with the broader Live Casino strategy. You'll also manage the performance and responsibilities of the UK&I Live Casino Executive team, ensuring their activities support key priorities.
• Close collaboration with the Gaming Promotions, Brand, and Marketing teams is essential to ensure the marketing schedule supports Live Casino objectives. Additionally, you’ll work with Live Casino Operations, Games teams, and external suppliers to build and execute the Live Casino roadmap.
• You’ll also partner with the Global Product and UK Product Marketing teams to deliver innovative product initiatives and go-to-market strategies. Your role will involve building business cases and influencing the wider Gaming Product Roadmap to support Live Casino growth, as well as supporting the development and implementation of the Live Entertainment strategy.

The performance of this role will be measured on the delivery of the Live Casino Plan, your personal goals delivery & both the performance & FY result of Live Casino KPIs against budget plan.
