Affiliate Manager/Team Lead- Global
Job Overview
We are currently hiring an Affiliate Manager ROW to join our team. As the Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the 3-year strategy and framework for all Affiliate, Display, and Partnerships activities across Europe and Canada.
You will be accountable for budgeting, championing innovation, and ensuring full compliance across our affiliate operations. You’ll cultivate strong relationships with affiliates to drive strategic growth. As a team leader, you’ll be expected to inspire and empower your team to deliver high performance, proactively driving results rather than simply monitoring them. You’ll also collaborate cross-functionally to maximise marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency.

What you will do
Strategy and Planning
- Build and implement the 3-year Affiliate strategy across ROW, engaging senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with company objectives and broader goals.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify and exploit affiliate growth opportunities.
- Use BI and predictive analytics to forecast, optimise budgets, and drive YoY growth across brands and markets.
- Drive change, adopting new channels and capabilities/platforms.
- Ensure compliance with affiliate program guidelines, policies, and legal requirements.
Marketing Effectiveness
- Oversee all Affiliate activity and be accountable for team performance.
- Drive departmental efficiencies by streamlining workflows and optimizing resource allocation across teams.
- Establish reporting frameworks to measure effectiveness of Affiliate campaigns.
- Monitor and analyse Affiliate performance (FTDs, CPDs, pNGR, Rev-Share, Conversion Rates, Payback/ROI).
- Work closely with the Affiliate Operations Team to ensure smooth data management and KYC onboarding.
- Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to evolve guidelines across markets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Negotiate tailored global agreements with leading affiliates.
- Coordinate Entain’s presence at industry conferences and events, including liaising with third parties, negotiating conference space, overseeing stand design, and managing merchandise.
- Maintain high-quality creative and proposition strategies aligned with brand promotional teams.
- Manage & present Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly reporting cycles to demonstrate progress on targets and innovation roadmap.
Innovation
- Collaborate with Mar-Tech/BI teams for product innovations and development.
- Lead rollouts of affiliate-related technical projects (platform features, BI reporting, automation).
- Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
- Own the test & learn roadmap, ensuring structured learning and reporting.
- Work closely with CRO team to optimise visit-deposit funnel performance and ROI.
People Management
- Lead and develop a medium-sized team (10+ people) through effective recruitment, training, performance management, and clear development planning.
- Drive performance by setting SMART goals, holding regular check-ins, and providing constructive feedback.
- Enable growth by creating strong development plans, offering coaching, and leveraging individual strengths and aspirations through knowledge sharing.
- Lead the team through change with clear communication of business goals and successes.

- Act on Your Voice engagement survey results to improve team experience and performance.
