Sportsbook Operations Manager
Job Overview
Entain’s Canada, Iberia and LATAM (CILA) division is looking to hire a Sportsbook Operations Manager (CILA) to act as the bridge between central Product & Tech teams and the regional commercial organisation. This role will ensure that sportsbook product delivery is aligned with local market priorities, timelines, and performance goals. The successful candidate will combine sportsbook expertise with strong operational skills, ensuring clear communication, disciplined coordination, and actionable insight. They will be instrumental in driving visibility, enabling adoption, and identifying opportunities for optimisation across the CILA region
• Product Coordination: Maintain a clear view of the central backlog, upcoming features, and delivery timelines; help translate updates from the central team into a localised version of the product roadmap for CILA.
• Comms & Visibility: Drive regular updates for CILA leadership; prepare materials for planning sessions; ensure central product work is contextualised for regional priorities.
• Experimentation & Testing: Partner with UX, CRM, and BI to design and run experiments, coordinate QA for new features, document and escalate bugs.
• Product Prioritisation: Work closely with the CILA squads to identify and queue frontend fixes, improvements, and optimisations that enhance customer experience.
• Insights & Ideation: Pull and analyse product data to help identify emerging trends and opportunities, and help surface actionable ideas to central Product & Tech.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the “go-to” contact between central squads and CILA commercial teams, ensuring alignment, visibility, and clarity across workstreams
