Job Overview

The Senior Campaign Manager will work closely with the Head of Brand and wider teams to deliver seamless, multi-channel campaigns that strengthen brand metrics, drive customer loyalty, and attract new players.

As the consumer champion, you'll translate commercial and brand priorities into a clear 360° comms plan, ensuring integrated, high-impact customer journeys. Balancing short-term execution with long-term planning, you'll manage multiple projects while partnering with external agencies and our in-house creative team to shape and deliver best-in-class assets.

You’ll collaborate across teams—Propositions, CRM, Retail, Social, Performance, and Sponsorship—leading creative execution from BAU activity to major integrated campaigns. Agile and strategic, you’ll ensure timely asset delivery while adapting to real-time changes.

A strong brand and creative leader, you’ll work with internal and external agencies to drive standout creative while managing and developing your team. Your leadership will help build a distinctive, engaging brand, streamlining processes for bigger and better results.

What you'll do: 

  • Planning - Translating the commercial and brand priorities into a 360 rolling customer comms plan (short, media and long term) 
  • Creative Leadership & Management - briefing creative agencies and managing the creative delivery of assets for all channels (TTL / Digital / O-site and through Retail Channels)  
  • Day-Day Delivery – building seamless campaigns, journeys and activations across multiple channels, including complex programmes, ensuring all asset are delivered in timely manner.  
  • Partnering with the CRM team to co-create the plan and working with other channels leads to support TTL delivery (On-site content, social, sponsorships, retail channels etc)  
  • Partnering with the Senior Brand Managers to deliver ATL campaigns that go through-the-line  
  • Acting as a brand guardian, ensuring all creative across all customer interactions and touchpoints is on-brand and (adhering to the brand's distinctive look feel) 
  • Stakeholder management - Development of close relationships with internal stakeholders & functions, driving alignment and the seamless and integrated delivery of plans.  
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external agencies, setting direction, managing workstreams and delivering creative assets on time and in full. 
  • Marketing Effectiveness - utilising insights, data and channel performance to continually refine activity to drive for continual performance improvements.
