Job Overview

You will be primarily responsible for owning and driving all non-BAU initiatives, including the management of cross-functional projects, strategic deliverables, and product-related workstreams. This role ensures alignment of processes across the wider team, acting as a key representative between the Gaming Propositions team and key internal stakeholders to maintain clarity, momentum, and accountability. 

A core part of the role involves leading the test-and-learn roadmap, ensuring initiatives are well-documented, measured, and reported. You will play a central role in sharing insights and driving adoption of successful initiatives across the brand portfolio, embedding a culture of continuous improvement and innovation to better convert, reward, and retain new and existing customers.

  • Support Proposition Managers in developing and delivering the Gaming Proposition Plan. 

  • Own and maintain a centralised log of strategic initiatives, deliverables, and actions. 

  • Drive execution by monitoring progress, identifying risks or blockers, and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve issues. 

  • Lead and manage the test-and-learn roadmap, including design, tracking, reporting, and sharing of learnings across the brand portfolio. 

  • Partner with BI and Data Science teams to measure test performance, enhance reporting tools, and standardise reporting across brands. 

  • Coordinate and manage workload across the Propositions team, ensuring alignment and resource clarity. 

  • Own and facilitate team meetings, including agenda setting and distribution of key updates and decisions. 

  • Deliver key initiatives to drive weekly performance based on promotional analysis and insights. 

  • Conduct regular market and competitor analysis, focusing on promotions and retention strategies. 

  • Ensure all proposition activity is integrated across Gaming and Sports, delivering a cohesive customer experience and effective bonusing and retention. 

  • Ensure all initiatives comply with Responsible Gambling standards and relevant advertising, legislative, and licensing requirements, including creation of Terms & Conditions and liaison with compliance teams. 

  • Support operational tasks across UK-facing brands. 

  • Assist in onboarding and training of new team members. 

  • Maintain project documentation, timelines, and status reports using appropriate project management tools.
