Stadia - Betting Cashier

As a Betting Cashier you will be responsible for delivering top customer service and driving standards on a daily basis.

Reporting to the Betting Supervisor you will be part of the Betting Office Team, who will be serving customers and building a rapport.

What you will do

• Deliver outstanding customer service.
• Always urging safer gambling.
• Process customer transactions including cash handling
• Open, operate and close the Tote terminal so as to provide instant and diligent service to customers at both booths or tables offering a table service as required.
• To carry out any other reasonable requests made by the Betting Supervisor.
• To ensure the Think 25 policy is adhered to at all times.
