Strategy Manager - Performance Marketing

We're looking for a Strategy Manager to sit at the heart of our Performance Marketing team and drive the strategic thinking, planning, and operational rigour that enables us to acquire customers profitably at scale.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role. You'll partner directly with the Head of Marketing Effectiveness to shape budget strategy, build operational playbooks, and improve the way the team works across markets and channels. You'll be equally comfortable building a financial model as you are facilitating a planning workshop or developing a new operating model.

- Lead high-priority, cross-functional projects that improve performance marketing capabilities, tooling, or ways of working.
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to senior leaders, helping them structure priorities and drive clarity on key decisions.
- Help identify and drive adoption of high-value AI use cases in performance marketing to improve productivity, reduce operational cost, and/or improve marketing ROI.
- Partner with Strategy, Analytics and channel leads to evaluate trade-offs and prioritise investment of a triple digit million £ budget based on performance and returns.
- Build and codify best-practice playbooks across key performance marketing channels (e.g., campaign setup, optimisation routines, target-setting, creative and copy testing principles).
- Continuously evaluate and refine the team’s organizational structure, identifying capability gaps and defining talent strategies for future growth.
