As a CRM Executive, you will be responsible for running the direct marketing activity for our brands - sending marketing communications to our customers. This will include planning,executing, and reporting CRM campaigns, as well as working alongside the marketing, promotions, BI and creative team to ensure performance efficiency and growth against monthly targets.
To be successful in this role you’ll have to be analytical, technical, and creative. The ideal candidate is passionate about customer marketing communications ecosystem and must have a self-starter,result-driven mindset.

What You Will Do
- Responsible for planning,coordinating, analysing and optimizing all CRM Player Marketing activities.
- Creative thinking required as promotions and campaigns must increase customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Accountable for campaign performance, including impact on KPIs e.g. reach, response, NGR etc.
- Introduce automations to manage segmentation and personalisation.
- Ongoing monitoring of channel and campaign performance.
- Contribute to A/Btesting road map driven by CRM optimisation strategy.
- Conducting in-depth market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
- Build &maintain 3rdparty relationships with partners.
