Job Overview

Role Purpose

Entain is looking for a Senior Partnerships Manager to join our global Commercial Partnerships function.

The primary purpose of this role is to own, grow, and optimise strategic third‑party content partnerships across Entain's global portfolio, with a particular focus on Sports Data, Streaming, and selected iGaming / Casino content suppliers that underpin our sportsbook and gaming propositions.

You will help shape short-, mid-, and long‑term partnership strategies that deliver sustainable commercial value, innovation, and competitive advantage. Operating at senior stakeholder level, the role will manage complex, high‑value partner relationships and influence £400m+ of global sports & gaming related spend and value creation.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnerships & Commercial Ownership

  • Own and develop strategic partnerships with important content suppliers across Sports Data, Streaming, and selected iGaming / Casino content categories
  • Be a senior commercial lead on high‑value, complex partner negotiations, including renewals, restructures, and new strategic agreements
  • Create and execute category and partnership strategies, ensuring alignment with Product, Trading, and Commercial goals
  • Ensure commercial tension and optionality across the supplier ecosystem, while managing sole / single‑vendor relationships where required

Stakeholder & Cross‑Functional Leadership

  • Partner with Product, Trading, Commercial, Technology, and Legal teams to align partnerships with business strategy
  • Translate business strategy into clear commercial partnership roadmaps, aligned to contract expiry cycles and innovation priorities

Value Creation & Optimisation

  • Identify and deliver value optimisation opportunities, including pricing improvements, revenue upside, product enhancements, and efficiency gains
  • Lead commercial modelling (including TCO, revenue impact, and cost-to-serve considerations) to support decision-making
  • Identify global synergies and scalability opportunities across markets and brands
  • Drive continuous improvement in product and service specifications through partner collaboration

Innovation & Market Insight

  • Maintain an understanding of the Sports & Casino supplier landscape, including new technology, data, streaming, and iGaming trends
  • Build a forward‑looking innovation pipeline, working with partners to bring differentiated content and capabilities to Entain
  • Provide market insight and thought leadership to internal stakeholders on partnership and content trends

Governance & Financial Accountability

  • Ensure strong commercial governance, contract compliance, and risk management
  • Contribute to and uphold the values and behaviours of the Commercial Partnerships team
