Campaign Operations & Delivery
- Partner closely with the Marketing Operations team in Hyderabad to streamline workflows where appropriate while maintaining high standards.
- Ensure all gaming campaigns are configured accurately and delivered on time.
- Own and enforce operational processes, with a strong focus on testing, quality assurance, and risk mitigation.
- Serve as a key point of contact for operational execution, ensuring clarity, consistency, and accountability.
Prioritisation & Process Excellence
- Support effective workload prioritisation, balancing speed, quality, and business impact.
- Ensure full adherence to documented Strong Operational Procedures, identifying opportunities to enhance, streamline, or scale them.
- Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and address issues before they impact delivery.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Build strong, trusted relationships with the Propositions team to ensure the Operations and CMS teams receive clear, complete, and timely information.
- Reduce friction in workflows by improving communication, handovers, and expectations across teams.
- Work closely with Product Marketing to ensure operational capability aligns with campaign ambition and roadmap requirements.
Continuous Improvement & Leadership
- Champion operational excellence, quality, and accountability across all gaming operations.
- Provide guidance and operational leadership to ensure best practices are consistently followed.
- Support change initiatives and new ways of working as the business and product offering evolve.
