As a CRM Manager, you will lead the delivery of data-driven lifecycle marketing and automation strategies to improve customer engagement, retention and revenue. You will own end-to-end CRM performance, optimise customer journeys, and drive scalable growth across multiple brands.
This role combines strategy, automation, analytics and team leadership, with a clear focus on measurable commercial impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and optimisation of automated lifecycle CRM campaigns across email, push and digital channels
- Deliver data-driven customer journey strategies to improve retention, reactivation and customer lifetime value
- Own CRM performance, reporting and insight generation, translating data into clear actions
- Drive marketing automation and real-time, event-based communications using platforms such as Optimove or similar
- Establish testing and experimentation frameworks including A/B testing and incrementality measurement
- Collaborate with data, tech and commercial teams to enhance CRM capability and personalisation
- Manage and develop a high-performing CRM team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
