IMAGINE THE FUTURE WITH ENVALIOR
This role drives operational excellence through vendor oversight, system governance, and cross-functional collaboration, contributing directly to workforce agility and cost control.
Responsibilities fall under these main categories:
Vendor & Program Management:
- Oversee daily work with our MSP partner (Hays) to make sure we meet service standards compliantly
- Work with Procurement and our MSP to handle supplier changes, finalize contracts, and onboard new suppliers for time-billed workers
- Lead workshops with our MSP, HR, Procurement, and IT to gather needs and align on current and future state solutions, especially for new countries where the program is yet live
VMS Oversight (3SS)
- Work with our MSP to keep the Vendor Management System accurate and up to date.
- Find ways to make the system easier to use and more effective.
- Track progress and manage risks when using the system and adding new vendors.
Policy & Compliance Execution
- Set up clear access rules to make sure workers are recorded in Master Data files and can safely enter sites and effectively use various systems.
- Make sure onboarding and offboarding for contingent workers follow IT security rules, and keep worker data updated in real time.
- Find any missing workforce data and help fix tracking and financial forecasting issues.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Keep senior leaders in the loop by providing regular updates.
- Offer training and clear communication to hiring managers and suppliers.
- Help make the program more transparent by sharing reports and gathering feedback from everyone involved.
Purchase Order (PO) Management and Financial Oversight
- Monitor and track how much is spent on contingent workers across all regions and suppliers, ensuring that costs are coded correctly and charged to the right departments.
- Work with Procurement and Finance to confirm that supplier invoices match purchase orders, and help set up and update these orders for contingent labor.
- Address any inconsistencies between system data, invoices, and purchase orders, and provide regular spending reports and forecasts to Finance and HR leaders.
- Support processes so that purchase orders match vendor agreements and contracts, and continually look for ways to drive efficiencies on contingent labor.
SHE and Environmental & Social Governance (ESG)
- Review suppliers based on safety, health, and ESG standards during onboarding and performance checks.
- Make sure that how we manage external workers supports our company’s ESG goals.
- Help gather data for ESG reports about outside labor, encourage ethical practices and diversity when choosing suppliers, and work with Procurement and Legal to ensure contracts reflect our ESG values.
Requirements
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Strong experience in vendor and program management, preferably in a global context
- Proven ability to manage MSP partners and VMS platforms
- Experience with contingent workforce management systems
- Experience consolidating information between system data, invoices, and purchase order
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills (HR, Procurement, IT, Finance, Legal& Compliance)
- Knowledge of compliance standards (GDPR , SHE, ESG)
- Analytical skills for spend tracking, financial forecasting, and data modeling (intermediate to advance level in excel)
- Effective communicator with experience in stakeholder engagement and training.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
