Job Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Action - as the first point of contact for the Envipco customer for any questions/technical problems

  • Independently conducting analysis for solving problems by phone and/or remote assistance

  • Performing on-site and remote fixes for down systems, executing preventive maintenance, and assisting in the training of customers or other in-house technicians

  • Make pre-site visits to new customers, making sure they are well prepared for the installation of RVM machines.

  • Working with development and QA teams to replicate and characterize reported issues, supporting continuous improvement of our devices

  • Collecting direct feedback from customers for future improvements/improvements to our devices
