Job Overview

Job Description:

We are looking for experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) who is as much a strategist as they are a prospector. You will spend 80% of your time driving outbound growth for our custom software development services and 20% optimizing our sales engine via HubSpot and LinkedIn. This role is required to work US hours.

This isn't just a "calling" job, you will be the bridge between our high-level technical solutions and the business needs of US-based tech leaders.

Responsibilities:

80% | Outbound Business Development

  • Targeted Prospecting: Identify and research high-growth US companies that need custom software development (SaaS, Mobile Apps, Enterprise Systems).
  • Multi-Channel Outreach: Execute cold calling, personalized email sequences, and LinkedIn social selling to book discovery meetings.
  • Value Messaging: Translate complex software capabilities into clear business outcomes for CTOs and Product VPs.
  • Qualification: Conduct initial discovery to ensure prospects have the budget, authority, and need for high-end dev services.

20% | Sales Enablement & CRM Optimization

  • HubSpot Management: Keep the CRM "source of truth" pristine. Build custom dashboards to track your outreach efficiency and conversion rates.
  • LinkedIn Strategy: Manage our sales outreach presence on LinkedIn; identify trends, optimize profiles, and lead the charge on "social selling" best practices.
  • Content Feedback Loop: Work with our marketing team to suggest new sales collateral (case studies, white papers) based on the objections you hear on the front lines.

Ideal Candidate:

·         Minimum 7+ years of sales experience

·         Industry: Preferably sales experience in the Custom Software Development or IT Services sector. You should know the difference between "low-code," "full-stack," and "DevOps."

  • Technical Stack: Advanced proficiency in HubSpot (Sequences, Workflows, Reports) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Communication: Exceptional English verbal and written skills with a neutral or US-friendly accent.
  • Mentality: A "hunter" mentality but with the analytical mind to look at data and say, "How can we do this better?"

Compensation

  • Monthly Base Salary: $1,500 – $1,800 USD based on experience.
  • Uncapped Commissions: Competitive bonus for every qualified meeting booked and deal closed.
  • 13th Month Pay: Provided annually.
  • HMO & Internet Allowance: Monthly reimbursement for private health insurance (since you are a contractor) and high-speed fiber internet up to $150
  • Equipment: We provide a virtual PC to connect from your personal PC
