As we grow our Partnerships Division, Epignosis is looking for a Partner Success Manager - SMB to help expand and support our partner ecosystem. You’ll manage relationships with SMB and lower mid-market partners and affiliates who promote, sell, and implement our SaaS products; TalentLMS, Content Solutions, and TalentHR. In this high-impact role, you’ll act as the main point of contact for partners, ensuring they’re empowered to drive mutual growth and success. We’re looking for a proactive, results-driven professional with strong relationship-building skills and a data-driven mindset.
Responsibilities
As a Partner Success Manager, you will:
- Build and Manage Partner Relationships: Own and grow a portfolio of partners and affiliates by building strong, long term relationships. You have a natural ability to build trust and rapport with people. You are empathetic, a great listener, and can understand a partner’s business goals and challenges.
- Drive Partner Success: Develop and execute joint business plans and utilize a "one-to-many" approach to manage your partner base leveraging automation, standardized playbooks, and scalable resources (webinars, knowledge base articles, templates) to efficiently serve a high volume of partners.
- Drive ‘Partner-Sourced’ Revenue: Identify and pursue opportunities for partners to expand their use of our platform and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities within their own customer base.
- Analyze Performance and Drive Achieve Key Targets: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and achieve core targets for partner-sourced opportunities, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and partner satisfaction (CSAT). Your role is to drive partners to meet and exceed these goals and provide actionable insights to optimize performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Provide Enablement: Facilitate product training, deliver onboarding, assist with webinars, and enablement to ensure partners are knowledgeable and confident in our solutions.
- Advocate for Partners: Serve as an internal advocate for partners, collaborating with our Sales, Marketing, Success, and Product teams.
- Internal Collaboration: Act as the voice of the partner within our organization. Work cross-functionally with our Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Support teams to advocate for partner needs, share leads from sales with partners, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless experience for the channel.
Requirements
To be successful in this role as a Partner Success Manager, you should have:
- 3-5 years in a partner-facing role such as Partner Success, Channel Management, or Account Management within the SaaS industry.
- Solid understanding of the SaaS landscape and the SMB and mid-market segments. Exposure to HRTech or LMS is a plus.
- You are proficient with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and ideally have experience with a Partner Relationship Management (PRM) or Customer Success platform.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, problem solver, and consultative selling skills.
- Self-starter with a proactive, resourceful, and collaborative mindset.
- Experience in the elearning, EdTech, or SaaS industry is a plus.
