- Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns with and through partners (email, social, events, webinars, content syndication).
- Analyze campaign performance to ensure we're achieving maximum ROI.
- Develop compelling communications for our partners, such as newsletters, sales enablement materials, portal / product updates, campaign templates, and launch / joint announcements to enable partner success.
- Collaborate with internal teams to showcase and promote joint success stories, testimonials, and align partner activities with company GTM priorities.
- Track and report on KPIs such as partner-sourced revenue, influenced pipeline, MQLs, and campaign ROI.
- Support partner participation in industry events and webinars.
- Lead and execute co-marketing initiatives with our top-tier partners.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to create assets, write content, and design basic collateral without relying heavily on other teams.
- A self-starter who can work independently, make decisions, and get things done.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, social + webinar platforms, and campaign analytics.
- Creative, proactive problem-solver with a bias toward action and results.
- Experience with different partner ecosystems (VARs, affiliates, technology alliances) is a big plus.
