Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee IT infrastructure, security, and technology operations across the organization.
- Manage internal technology teams and third-party vendors to ensure strong performance and service delivery.
- Ensure systems, networks, and cloud environments are secure, stable, and scalable.
- Own cybersecurity practices, data protection, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
- Partner with executive leadership to align technology priorities with business needs.
- Support compliance, audit, and risk management efforts in collaboration with internal teams.
- Evaluate and implement technology improvements that increase efficiency and reduce risk.
- Manage technology budgets, vendor contracts, and service-level agreements.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex or high-impact technology issues.
- Additional responsibilities related to business needs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field required; Advanced degree (MBA or MS) preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive technology leadership experience.
- Strong background in IT infrastructure, security, and vendor management.
- Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments.
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to solve problems and make decisions quickly.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
