Job Overview
In this role, you will:
- Shape the growth of an exclusive VIP loyalty program, driving engagement, visits, and member spend.
- Develop meaningful partnerships with luxury and lifestyle brands to expand the program’s eco-system.
- Curate bespoke events and experiences that create lasting impressions for premium members.
- Work with top creative and digital agencies to deliver captivating campaigns and personalized communications.
- Harness data and insights to continually elevate the member journey, retention, and customer lifetime value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate, test, and launch new program features and experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 1 to 2 years of experience in loyalty, CRM, luxury retail, travel retail, or hospitality marketing.
- A proven track record in driving partnerships and new revenue generation for profitability. Track record on sales and revenue generation is a strong plus.
- Strong balance of creativity and analytical thinking, with a passion for premium customer experiences.
- Excellent communicator, collaborator, and multi-tasker who thrive in a fast-moving environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics) and CRM/engagement platforms (Braze, Adobe Experience Cloud, Session M) is a great advantage.
Benefits

- Salary package up to S$72,000 per annum
