Job Overview
Role Summary:
Our client is seeking for a proactive and detail-oriented Commercial Administration Executive to support their Sales & Marketing Department.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks, and being the key support backbone for both customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and responsive customer service to both local and regional clients.
- Attend to all container lease enquiries promptly and follow up on open bookings to ensure timely pick-up.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Ensure all customer paperwork is accurate and up to date (credit applications, contract documentation, insurance, etc.).
- Follow up on payments and issue statements of accounts to customers.
- Prepare month-end Marketing & Collections reports.
- Handle marketing administration tasks such as preparing inventory reports, tracking customer press releases, and supporting marketing offers and presentations.
- Support the development of new regional leasing opportunities alongside managing daily office administration tasks.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in administration, sales support, or marketing support function.
- Applicants from prior container leasing or logistics industry will be a great advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable preparing reports and presentations.
