Be part of a visionary renewable energy leader. Based in Singapore, this role offers the opportunity to shape corporate development, administration, and stakeholder engagement at a regional level, delivering operational excellence and driving growth in the fast-evolving sector.

Key Scope:

Global Administration & Executive Engagement

  • Drive daily HQ and global office operations, delivering efficient support and developing scalable frameworks that enable expansion into new geographies.
  • Act as a bridge between senior management and global teams, aligning operations with corporate development strategy.
  • Support executive affairs such as board meetings, investor visits, and high-level stakeholder events.
  • Manage cross-border operations and act as a key interface with senior stakeholders globally.

Corporate Development

  • Connect senior leaders to key renewable energy business events and industry forums in Singapore and regional markets, fostering strategic partnerships and enabling business expansion.
  • Track renewable energy trends, policy changes, and competitor activity to anticipate partnership prospects.
  • Partner with leadership team to align corporate strategy, monitor high-priority projects, and deliver board/EXCO reporting.

 

Employer Branding & Culture

  • Champion the company’s brand identity and positioning as an employer of choice in the renewable energy industry.
  • Work with HR and leadership to build employee engagement programs and strengthen company culture across regions.
  • Act as an ambassador for the company’s sustainability mission, enhancing visibility with key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Master's Degree.
  • At least 10 years of experience in corporate development and administrative functions in energy/renewable energy related sectors.
  • Highly organized, resourceful & able to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-border partnerships and internal governance simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Capable of engaging confidently with board members, regulators, and cross-cultural teams.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential, as the role requires frequent collaboration with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
  • A pragmatic leader who combines strategic insight with hands-on execution.
